Gift cards and greeting cards are for sale right at the Health Group Office. Click here to place your order or download the order form for gift cards. Orders are placed each Monday at noon, and will arrive to the Health Group office before Friday of the same week.
If you are a member and need to speak with a nurse when the office is closed, please call 410-224-5683.
Make a tax-deductible donation to the Heritage Harbour Health Group in memory or honor of someone, or even as a gift! You will receive acknowledgment by mail within 30 days from the Health Group with important information for your tax records.
