20th Anniversary Open House

**UPDATED** On Thursday, April 8th we will be hosting an Open House at the office. Everyone is welcome to join us for wine and light refreshments to kick off our celebratory year!

Yoga and Meditation Class - All Levels Welcome

Beginning on Wednesday, March 3, the Health Group will sponsor a combination Yoga and Meditation Class for all skill levels. The classes will be held each 1st and 3rd Wednesday in the Activities Room at the Lodge from 5pm-6pm. Each class is only $2.00 - pay when you go to class or prepay at the Health Group office. Call for details.

Carando Health Seminars: Acupuncture: What Is It and How Can It Help You

Megan Gordon Hall, RN, M. Ac. will be at the Lodge Conference Room on Thursday, March 11 at 6:00pm to speak about the benefits of Acupuncture for the body, mind, and spirit.

The 3rd Annual Vera Bradley Bingo

The 3rd Annual Bingo will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2010 in the Auditorium. The doors will open at 5:30pm and games will begin at 7:00pm. $20 for 20 games and $1 for each of the 4 special games. There will be refreshments and a 50/50 raffle, too.

Recent Events

Annual Health Fair

Our Annual Health Fair took place on Thursday, September 24 at the Lodge. It was a wonderful day! There were numerous vendors and opportunities to try acupuncture, reflexology, massage, and zero balancing. Nordstrom held mini-makeovers and bra fittings as well. A tasty lunch was provided by Ledo Pizza in Edgewater, Three Brothers in Riva Festival, and by the generosity of our ladies in Heritage Harbour. Thank you to our lead sponsor, Kalas Funeral Home, and associate sponsors, Annapolis Family Physical Therapy and Fairfield Nursing Center; our many vendors; and the outstanding volunteers who made the day a success! See you all again next year!
